I founded Caduzart in the summer of 2024 after a long process of thinking and creative exploration. Before this entrepreneurial venture, I spent a decade in the medical device industry in France. Most recently, I held a senior position at an international company specializing in surgical robots for the skull.

After this first phase of my professional career, I felt a strong desire to give back to my home country of Tunisia, the land that nurtured and trained me as a healthcare professional. I'm determined to contribute to the creation of a new regulatory framework for medical devices in Tunisia and also to establish an innovative startup that will contribute to social and economic development, even on a small scale. Unfortunately, the process of voting and launching the implementation of a major medical device regulation has not started yet in Tunisia. Therefore, I focused most of my energy, since the summer 2024, in building Caduzart. It is an online store for healthcare professionals specialized in health-themed gifts and artsy decorations. 

I believe entrepreneurship has a social responsibility beyond economic gain. With this in mind, Caduzart collaborates with skilled artisans from vulnerable communities and experienced craftspeople seeking economic opportunities. I also believe that businesses cannot thrive without prioritizing customer delight and quality products. Caduzart's first priority is to provide healthcare professionals with quality handmade products and ensure that our clients have the best shopping experience.
