delivery policy

When all the items of your order are ready for shipment, we send you a notification with a tracking number. Our logistics partners typically deliver packages within 2 to 7 days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In case you have not been delivered after 10 days, please contact us and we will open an investigation with our logistics partners. Investigation resolution timelines may vary. We will do our best to provide you with a prompt solution.

 

If, for any reason, we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date indicated in the initial delivery notification, we will communicate a new delivery date. We will also give you the opportunity to cancel orders for items that are not personalized or tailormade. In this case, there are no additional charges for cancelling an order. Please note that it is not possible to cancel personalized or tailormade items because Caduzart Tunisie cannot resell them afterwards (name engraving, printing of a personal image).

 

For the purposes of these Terms, “delivery” is defined as having taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a designated person by you acquire physical possession of the goods. We do not make deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

8.1. Exchanges

 

If the product is not personalized or tailormade, the customer has a period of 3 days from receipt of his order to request an exchange for the same product or one of its variants (color, size) of same value. Caduzart Tunisie will cover the cost of exchanging one or more products per order. 

 

How to return a product remotely ? 

The customer must contact Caduzart Tunisie customer service and then send photos of the product to be exchanged by email so that Caduzart can make a preliminary visual check. If the exchange process is approved by customer service, the company will send a courier to collect the product to be exchanged. Once the received product has been checked and has obtained final approval for exchange by Caduzart's team, the customer will receive a new product in exchange for the returned one. 

 

Caduzart Tunisie reserves the right to refuse the exchange in the following cases: The returned product has been damaged or soiled or the fabric label sewn onto the Product has been cut off and the item cannot therefore be resold.

 

Please note: if the product is personalized or tailormade, no returns or exchanges are possible, as the product cannot be resold. Only personalized or tailormade items damaged on receipt of the order or not conforming to the essential characteristics described on the website may be eligible for an exchange or partial or full refund, depending on the seriousness of the defects.

 

8.2. Returns

 

If the product is not personalized or tailormade, the customer has a period of 15 days from receipt of his order to change his mind. Caduzart Tunisie will cover the cost of the return. 

 

How to make a remote return ?

The customer must contact Caduzart Tunisie customer service and then send photos of the product to be returned by email so that Caduzart can make a preliminary visual check. If the return process is approved by customer service, the company will send a courier to collect the order to be returned. Once the received product has been checked and validated by Caduzart's team, the customer will receive a credit note by email. The value of the credit note is equivalent to the full value of the returned item, unless it is part of a discount pack, in which case the discount is no longer valid and the credit note is equivalent to the remaining amount. Example: a product with a value of 50 DT is sold with a discount at 40DT per unit in a pack of 3 (value of the pack of 3 initially paid by the customer is 120DT). The credit note for the return of one of the 3 products in the pack will be equal to 20DT (120-(50x2) = 20).

 

Caduzart Tunisie reserves the right to refuse the return in the following cases: The returned Product has been damaged or soiled or the fabric label sewn onto the Product has been cut off and the item cannot therefore be resold.

 

If the above procedure is not followed and the time limits indicated are not respected, the customer will not be able to make any claim for missing or non-conforming product or apparent defect of the Products delivered, the delivered products are then deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect. 

 

Please note: if the product is customized or tailor made, no returns or exchanges are possible, as the product cannot be resold. Only personalized or tailormade items damaged on delivery of the order or not conforming to the essential characteristics described on the website may be eligible for an exchange or partial or total refund, depending on the seriousness of the defects.

Products for which Caduzart Tunisie customer service has approved a return, or products that are defective upon delivery, are reimbursed by means of store credit or gift cards sent by email. It is also possible to receive a refund by bank transfer on a Tunisian bank account, following the receipt of the RIB (bank details) of the customer to be refunded. However, please note that refunds by bank transfer have a fixed administrative fee of 12 TND, which will be automatically deducted from the amount to be refunded.

The company is registered within the "Registre National des Entreprises (RNE)" under Unique Identifier Number 1886436F, and its head office is located at “2 Résidence Omar, 74 avenue Khaled Ibn Al Walid L' Aouina 2045 , Tunis - Tunisia. The information collected by Caduzart Tunisie directly from the customer, as part of his registration process on the Website or during his use of the Website is subject to automated processing for the purpose of managing and tracking customer orders, the delivery of products ordered and communications concerning orders, products and targeted promotional offers. Caduzart Tunisie will store personal data in a secure environment in accordance with legal requirements. The website uses cookies.
