8.1. Exchanges
If the product is not personalized or tailormade, the customer has a period of 3 days from receipt of his order to request an exchange for the same product or one of its variants (color, size) of same value. Caduzart Tunisie will cover the cost of exchanging one or more products per order.
How to return a product remotely ?
The customer must contact Caduzart Tunisie customer service and then send photos of the product to be exchanged by email so that Caduzart can make a preliminary visual check. If the exchange process is approved by customer service, the company will send a courier to collect the product to be exchanged. Once the received product has been checked and has obtained final approval for exchange by Caduzart's team, the customer will receive a new product in exchange for the returned one.
Caduzart Tunisie reserves the right to refuse the exchange in the following cases: The returned product has been damaged or soiled or the fabric label sewn onto the Product has been cut off and the item cannot therefore be resold.
Please note: if the product is personalized or tailormade, no returns or exchanges are possible, as the product cannot be resold. Only personalized or tailormade items damaged on receipt of the order or not conforming to the essential characteristics described on the website may be eligible for an exchange or partial or full refund, depending on the seriousness of the defects.
8.2. Returns
If the product is not personalized or tailormade, the customer has a period of 15 days from receipt of his order to change his mind. Caduzart Tunisie will cover the cost of the return.
How to make a remote return ?
The customer must contact Caduzart Tunisie customer service and then send photos of the product to be returned by email so that Caduzart can make a preliminary visual check. If the return process is approved by customer service, the company will send a courier to collect the order to be returned. Once the received product has been checked and validated by Caduzart's team, the customer will receive a credit note by email. The value of the credit note is equivalent to the full value of the returned item, unless it is part of a discount pack, in which case the discount is no longer valid and the credit note is equivalent to the remaining amount. Example: a product with a value of 50 DT is sold with a discount at 40DT per unit in a pack of 3 (value of the pack of 3 initially paid by the customer is 120DT). The credit note for the return of one of the 3 products in the pack will be equal to 20DT (120-(50x2) = 20).
Caduzart Tunisie reserves the right to refuse the return in the following cases: The returned Product has been damaged or soiled or the fabric label sewn onto the Product has been cut off and the item cannot therefore be resold.
If the above procedure is not followed and the time limits indicated are not respected, the customer will not be able to make any claim for missing or non-conforming product or apparent defect of the Products delivered, the delivered products are then deemed to be in conformity and free of any apparent defect.
