Packaging and protection

Our jewelries are protected in a wooden box (included in the price). This good quality packaging protects the jewelry from the constrains of transportation and storage. The wooden box also includes a foam that helps organize the jewelry and avoids entanglements.

Shipment
  • The delivery at your preferred address has an additional cost of 8TND (added at checkout). However, the delivery is free if your total order value exceeds 150TND 
  • For international shipments outside of Tunisia, please visit the website "www.caduzart.com" and purchase the product in EUR, USD or other international currencies. If you want to deliver a product outside of Tunisia and you can only pay in TND, please contact us here 

Send it as a gift to a special person?

Can I directly send a gift with Caduzart?

Yes you can surprise a special person with a gift from Caduzart :) In the checkout page you need to enter the address of the lucky recipient as the "shipping’ address" and your address as the "billing’ address". The person will receive the gift directly.

Could you wrap it for me and print a note?

Yes we can do it on your behalf with great pleasure and for FREE!!!!

You can also specify if you would like to have a "professional" paper or a "love" paper for gift wrapping as well as the content of a personal message to print on a note (if any). Additionally it is possible to hide the price of the items in the shipment receipt.

The gift can be shipped on a specific date?

If the date is later than the estimated delivery date, yes it is possible. However, we cannot guarantee a delivery on a specific day or hour because our logistical partners can have unpredictable constrains.

Where can I specify my gift instructions to Caduzart?

You can specify the wrapping paper type, the personal note and the desired shipment date in the order instructions section located in the cart options as shown below. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email here (before we ship your order).
